ENTIRE AGREEMENT: This agreement contains the entire understanding between Red Balloon Photo Booth and the CLIENT. It supersedes all prior and simultaneous agreements between the parties. The only way to add or change this agreement is to do so in writing, signed by all the parties. If the parties want to waive one provision of this agreement that does not mean that any other provision is also waived. The party against whom a waiver is sought to be effective must have signed a waiver in writing. RESERVATION: A signed contract and reservation fee are required to reserve the specified coverage. COOPERATION: The parties agree to cheerful cooperation and communication for the best possible result within the definition of this assignment. EXHIBITION: CLIENT grants Red Balloon Photo Booth permission to display selected images resulting from this assignment as an example of Red Balloon Photo Booth’s work and for advertisement and release all claims to profits that may arise from use of images. CANCELLATION POLICY: Deposit/retainer will be returned if cancellation is the result of severe illness or death. Any other event cancellation will be bound to the following: All payments made/due prior to the cancellation notice are forfeited including the retainer/deposit. Payments and retainer shall be liquidated damages to Red Balloon Photo Booth in the event of a breach of contract by CLIENT. Event date changes are subject to our availability. If we are unavailable and you need to change, this is still seen as a breach of contract and CLIENT will be bound to the event cancellation policy stated above. A $100 deposit is due to secure the date. This price includes unlimited use of the photo booth from Time Event Starts to Time Event Ends, the memory book (for weddings), and props.
